Orthotics are shoe insert devices created to help balance your feet and subsequently your body. The inserts can go into your existing shoes or into many of the brands carried by Feet First. We provide both off-the-shelf and custom fit orthotics.

Feet First believes that orthotics can significantly help our customers to relieve pain and discomfort in your feet, legs and lower back. To that end, we have employed a local Certified Pedorthist to be a member of our staff;

Our custom fit orthotics measuring process uses the latest computer technology combining a laptop computer, a dynamic foot measuring pad and state-of-the-art software to provide you with the best fitting orthotics possible.

Our system measures your feet for:

• 2D static foot measurements for balance and stance
• 3D dynamic foot imaging from contact, through midstance, to propulsion phases
• This 3-D pressure mapping indicates high and low pressure points to evaluate your gait for both walking and running.
  

Our custom fit orthotics fitting does not use clay, foam or plaster boxes. These are examples of older unreliable measuring techniques.

A fitting only takes about 1/2 hour and can be scheduled for the evenings or for the weekends. Please call us to schedule an appointment!

The price for the custom fit orthotics, including the fitting, is only $275. plus tax.
